You may be missing the various Visual C++ Redistributable packages. As far as I know these don't stack so you'll probably need to install 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2013 versions separately. These can be downloaded from Microsoft. I think you need the 32 bit (x86) version because the SA-MP server is 32 bit but I'm not sure.

Take off Crashdetect and ITd from your plugins list (just because they are failing and its best to get rid of them for the sake of... well... they are not needed)

Only thing i can suggest going by what I can read here, is to make sure you have got the scanff dll within the plugins folder.

Can you create a blank script and just include Sscanf within that script - Then change the server.cfg to only run the sscanf plugin?... Just to confirm that all your sscanf files are working correctly..

Plugins load beforehand Gamemode doesn't matter.

True, not in a troubleshooting sense.

although, as we don't know the skill level of the OP - It'd be a good start to get a blank script, place the files in the correct place and get the plugin running like that.

Only reason I say this is because sscanf isn't the only failed plugin in the log and it puzzles me why OP has crashdetect (for example) on the server.cfg even though its failed to load...
