but if i use my pc,it's working fine

Did you checked your mysql details?

Remember you use 'localhost' when you are on pc, So what are you using on VPS?

user,db,remote access,user password
still cant connect.

This almost screams for an awkward penguin meme. Buys VPS, has no idea how to set it up. Never run a MySQL server externally. It's terribly slow and also not very secure. Install a MySQL server on the VPS.

it was error after my Hosting Get SUSPENDED
Before that,working.
now it's not suspended again because i request to unsuspend it.
