No, that's not Kye. Don't ever trust anyone who says that they are a SA-MP admin unless it comes from their account on this forum. Kye speaks fluent English, the guy in your post does not.

You shouldn't be using paid themes without paying for them though, if someone reports you to the creator then you'll be in trouble.
