Actually this script is edit of moderntopia script,
Well I post it as Version 1.0 for now,
with that I have to mention that I post the script only to help beginners scriptwriters.
I saw a lot of people that requires some bug fixes from Moderntopia,
So here it is, I fixed most all the bugs!!

IMPORTANT:
To compile and run the script on your game server, you're going to need MySQL,
With you have to know the basic understanding of already!

Once you clicked on it, you should see a new page, where there is a lot of stuff. 7.- As i'm not in my computer, I dont really remember how, ut it should be a textbox somewere where you create a un database. In that textbox, you should write SAMP, and then click on the button "create" (or something like that). Once donde this, on the left panel, it should appear now the text "samp (0)". That means it has 0 tables inside. So now, let's click on the "samp (0)" link, and then on the right panel, on the top, we should clik "Import". Here is where we search for the database which comes with the script, and the we import it. Ok, by doing this, you just run the server and it should work. Any question, please ask. And remember, the script has too many bugs, if someone WANTS to start fixing them, you'l count with me, cause i'm trying to make the same.

-You can NOT buy packages more times (materials) but you are actually only holding 10 packages. On when you deliver it says you've delivered the 10 packages in exchange for 500 mats.
-/lock Command Fixed.
-Now when you enter to a Boat/Plane without licenses you have to buy the license first before you can drive on the Boat/Plane.
-FIXED = FLYING + SAILING TEST LICENSE ( Added the buying license system).
-ADDED = Jef Motel for beginers that started to play
-ADDED = ATM SYSTEM
-ADDED = CARS & BOATS & PLANES
-ADDED = CARS STARTS WITH ENGINE
-ADDED = ANIMATIONS (ANIMLIST+STOPANI)
-ADDED = LSPD GATES
-ADDED = ADMIN COLOURS EACH LEVEL
-ADDED = SAILING/FLYING LICENSES(YOU CAN BUY IT NOW AND NO MORE TESTS!)
-ADDED = SF POLICE DEPARTMENT

And a lot more of fixes i have made on this script for 3 months i already spent doing that fixes.

-Can't find way how to add House Cars.
