I play in on of the Role playing servers. Now for some reason from time to time the game will cut out, and boom right to connection screen Game mode is restarting or the game will quit all together and go threw a connection loop.
Now I know that my connection speed is good I have ran tests, made sure all anti-virus programs are shut down ect ect.
But nothing seems to help in this matter, I have gone threw as many posts in the forums here with out a solution to the issue. Is it me or the server? If it is the server what can be done to correct the issue, or if it is me what more can I do to correct the issue?
Thank you in advance for any help towards this problem.
PS by the way if this is needed
I am running Windows XP Firewall has opened to SAMP and the GTA.exe also router has been set up for Port to the server.
Cable internet uncapped.
Anti-virus is Avast and Spy-bot also disabled while playing.
2X server and client side

You need to have scriptfiles.
When you dont got it you can't made an account or start playing.
Search on the forum for scriptfiles.

It Shouldn't Be A Problem Unless It Happens Constantly

its not the server restarting the server we use also uses Ventrilo voice communications, when i drop no one else has the issue

I take it by the lack of reply's here there is, no fix for this issue, or no one knows other than the mod makers of SAMP?

I had the same problem but today I uninstalled the sa-mp-0.2X-u1...
and installed the older version sa-mp-0.2X and works fine...
I think they have lowered the time out time or something in the newser version!!!
Im not sure though havn't played enough to see if its all okay yet...



Edit: Well now that I have played enough it wont help still fucked up FFS

okay I turned off my norton and it works just nice now :P
