Right button -> properties -> compatibility -> Run this program with compatibility mode for: windows xp

It doesn't really matter. If you run as admin (Or disable uac) you see a list of functions in the right pane, if you do not, you get the warning and they don't show up. I've never used the right pane functions ever, the program works fine without running as admin
