Movies aren't usually created about games (yes I'm aware it has been done before - Silent Hill) and personally I don't think a movie about the SA storyline would be very interesting... why not just play the game again?

Why would a video game company make a movie? lol

Seems legit. Really, but it seems too bad idea.

They could duplicate what they have generated in the purchase of GTA San Andreas, 2004-2006

To be real, a movie about GTA SA would turn into some hood movie and in my opinion it's a very dull ending.

but the game industry is bigger than the movies, take a look at the sales of GTA 5, almost $2b gross

I can write in crappy fonts too.

I see no reason and no interesting story line for a movie. If they really want to milk people out with the SA concept, they should remaster it with better graphics 'n all.

There's lots of similar "gangsta" movies out there (Boyz N The Hood, Menace II Society, etc). Also, didn't the Special Edition of GTA:SA already have a movie? It was only a short one, though.

I doubt that a movie about GTA:SA would sell much today, especially when the game itself is way past it's peak.
