i'm hosting some sa-mp servers and on the control panel i wanted to let the customer know if their server is on the master list. to create that feature i'd need to connect to the master list to do the check.
the service agreement (http://www.sa-mp.com/service_agreement.txt) says i'm not allowed to do so without a permission, so that is what i'm asking for
