Why is everyone overmodding his game? I mean, 99% of the mods look like shit and dont fit to GTA at all anyways.
However, try reinstalling GTA to a different directory.

Uhm. Open a application called "Run" and search "%appdata%". There should be a folder called 'Grand Theft Auto San Andreas' or something similar to that. Delete the folder, then your mods should disapear. Thats how I removed my modifications last time, and I am sure there are some other tutorials explaining what you need to do.

Use mod loader it's better and less crashing you can create a folder and add the txd and dff files and mods simply works without Img editors
