Yes:
how-ever it really isn't that hard to make a conversion tool. All you have to do is decode the MTA object codes, and make a convert method / replace certain things.

For very small maps, this could even be converted by hand.

I doubt it should be down too long once the right people hear about it...

Seems like CloudFlare added the server to a blacklist.

This wouldn't be too hard, and could probably be written in pawn, but I couldn't be bothered to do it myself, but maybe.

Yes. However, There are alot of other sites like CovertFFS. Even though CovertFFS was one of the best sites to covert Object Mapping.
