Have you tried other servers? Have you tried other video games? Have you tried checking your firewall to see if it's dropping the connection or if your router has a limit enabled? New router or anything?

Sometimes this happens to me all i do is restart my router and it works good

This problem is your internet connection, so you should be to do reconnect your router, maybe fixed.

There's a variety of things that could be wrong such as your internet, the game itself, you could've put some modifications on the sa-mp client which makes the game unloadable and so on.
