So,uhm. My damn Avast has started BSing me. So this is the problem.
It deleted my old "map editor" in San Andreas folder and I've downloaded a new one, so the magic continues. I've extracted it,opened it to install the damn thing, the avast deletes it again...
I've done it once more, extracted it, SCANNED it, it showed "File is clean of all threats", then whereas I open it it says threat detected and deletes it.. What do I do? I don't want a new antivirus, because I've got this one for nearly 3 years, I don't want to turn it off, kind of. Are there any solutions, has this happened to anyone before?

I would advise you to delete any anti-virus as they cause more problems then they fix especially Avast.

Maybe u should turn off your anti-virus when you want to use it,
and turn on it back when you're done.

Just turn it off for five minutes, then turn it back on.

As far as I know, most antivirus programs allow you to add files/folders as exclusion. If added as exclusion, it will no longer be deleted or scanned. You could try this.
