Delete the file "pawn.cfg" in the Pawno folder if you have it. Then, in Pawno under the menu "Build" choose Run Options and set it like this:

Hey man. If you read the error code it's telling you the syntax of the pawncc function. Go back into Build > Run Options and add

To the parameters field.
