I have had your problem before, the way to fix it is to update your plugins and re-compile your script with the last includes.

How to do it ? :
1 - Get the addons that are outdated (here sscanf and mysql), they can be found here :
MYSQL : https://github.com/pBlueG/SA-MP-MySQL/releases
SSCANF : https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=120356

2 - Place the right files into your plugins folder, .so files if it's a linux server and .dll if it's a windows server.

3 - Place the includes folder inside your pawno folder.

4 - Re-compile your script with the last includes and try launching your server.
