I have a biiiiiiig problem with ipleomax.

I've downloaded all the things that ipleo needs to work but it still not work.
I write the command /itd and when I click in New case and I write the name of the project, it doesn't do anything... It doesn't create the project and it doesn't give me the permission to manage this one please help me

Make sure of the following things:
- iTD.amx is located at /filterscripts
- iTD.dll is located at /plugins
- sscanf.dll is located at /plugins
- PLEO.txd is located at Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/models/txd/
- You writed iTD at plugins line.
- You have in server.cfg at filescript line Filescript name.

I've done all that.
The problem is that when I write /itd, the editor appears but I can't create a new project. I can write the name of project but the manage case still off so I can't start my project.
