In Filterscripts section are many filterscripts, includes from "scripters" that they don't have any ideea what they did.

I suggest for SA-MP Forum Administrators to add some sections like Approved Filterscripts, New Filterscripts Submissions and Unapproved Filterscripts. So Beta Testers or special ranks can approve/unapproved scripts and give suggestions to author of script for optimizations. In this cases abandoned or out of date scripts can be moved to Unapproved Filterscripts so the owners of servers will know what script is deprecated and will not use it.

Uhm no, this will create unfair competition.

People can already criticise exact others work no need for beta testers to involve them self in extra uneeded work.

Beta testers don't have time to be checking dozens of filterscripts per day. People should be able to release filterscripts as they wish. It is the community's job to criticize work.

The only thing I see in release threads or tutorials is a lot of back and forth "Nice" and "Thanks" posts purely intended to raise postcount. Actual constructive criticism is rare and is often met with "don't post if you've nothing nice to say".

Yeah, constructive criticism is a vital thing for new scripters, as it teaches them to do better in their scripts (I see it in the "includes" section more than anywhere else, though). Some people think of the criticism as a negative response towards the author of the script, so they take it in offense when in reality, the user is just trying to help.
