I can enter cars, shoot, use commands fine without anything wrong but when it comes to starting a car or entering a bank when the server says "Press Enter to enter the bank" or "Press N to start your vehicle" It doesn't work?

On average my ping is 100, it's fine for everyone else?

Each server has different gamemodes and script, so you shouldn't be asking if it's fine for everyone else in general but instead you should be asking the other people who plays on the server you're facing a problem with.

There should be an alternative though, try /engine instead of 'N', /enter instead of pressing enter.

Well every server, as mentioned before, does have a separate system to turn a vehicle's engine on or off. Most servers has some sort of a command long the lines of /vehiclehelp or /help, you can look under there. Also, some servers have another command to enter mapped doors such as a bank door, so make sure that it isn't a command like /denter, or /enterdoor or something like that.

Ask an administrator on that server - it won't be the same on any two servers unless they're using the same script.
