I'd close my server then if I could open a server but not design even the simplest logo in Paint.

Open a server isn't a big deal.
You just upload server files, set permissions and start the server.
But what's the point of it if you can't code it but only edit others work ?
sometimes you're lucky and get a lot of people, but mostly (90%) you're not.
