Well to say the truth TDM servers get the most players but there is so many TDM servers with mainly the same gm!

CnR servers are harder to make than TDM servers but It's way more fun and interesting.
In my opinion TDM servers are the most easiest servers to script, and that's why there are so many of them.

SA-MP is almost full of TDM Servers and now has become much boring for me.Before,it was quite fun since there were at around 3 to 5 TDM servers mainly on Hosted tab.Cops And Robbers is very much liked by experienced people and it is too much fun.You need patience(a lot) in order to get your server going and you need to be more and more creative.It's not all about a Cop chasing a Thief and getting arrested.Take your time and involve with the entire base and then eventually you will realize how priceless a server like this can be.Though,there are few potential CnRs i've played on.
