I am new at mapping and all that and i guess my maps aren't great but i have to agree on this one.. It is just a house with fence around and few decorations... Try adding some kind of car park or gates, create a way for car to enter etc.

You have good ideas but I wouldn't really be fund of this map, but as you are new at mapping, I'm sure you could produce improved versions of this as you progress
