i can put only 10 filterscripts but it supposed to be 15 if iput 11 it crashes

it depends on which filterscript you are using, you can even use 20 small filterscripts if you used 11 big filterscripts, the server will crash for sure but if you used 11 small filterscripts, the server will not crash.
