If the account are names and not numbers you can't... well you could but it would take literally years for the server to reach the end.
You could alternatively make a new variable you save to your users accounts. Then check that variable to see if their account has been updated. Once you have someone join the server without an updated account, change the variables you want to change.
This is often needed anyway for user crippling changes, so you'd be doing yourself an early favour.
