This would be reason enough to stop using that hoster. Even critical updates should always be announced via mails, so people know whats going on. Just taking down the website without a single word is more than unprofessional.

I Think they are updating whmcs, and if you own a server then goto control panel directly
what is the use with whmcs for running a server ?

With whmcs they can't run the samp03svr.
