You can try Steam. I believe it's only a euros/dollars. And you can always check local game stores or websites for 2nd hand copies.

Sure you can, but youre not allowed to, and talking about a pirated version here has already got many people banned. So delete that info quickly and get a legal version, or you wont get any support here. Using a original version will also fix most of the problems automatically.
