can someone tell me how i can make these popups on my server more transparent?

The last two digits of the colour 0xRRGGBBAA are alpha values which control the transparency. Examples of the alpha values can be found here. https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Colors_List

On the TextDrawBoxColor/PlayerTextDrawBoxColor line, change the last two digits in the hex colour code to change the alpha value.
