That is not the issue. I have all versions of .NET as i am constantly programming with them.

You should fix your .gitignore to ignore bin/ and obj/ (not too sure about obj but I believe it is build output also). Also, 'form1' is ugly and quite a turn off when I'm looking through source. Just saying.
