Hello I have this plugin on m host server and know on my computer I run samp server.exe and it says mysql plugin failed and I get this errors:

I was again downloaded that mysql plugin and recompile gamemode and still nothing but in pawno there's no any errors it compile fine? Thanks

it should be mysql.so i think caz most of host are on linux

You can just say randomly load this plugin for that OS. By checking the server logs clearly points out that he uses Windows.

my host is windows and there .dll plugins works fine but on my pc it not work this r38 mysql plugin I have correct inc file and mysql plugin in plugins folder and libmysql.dll in main folder

I was downloaded microsoft visual c++2010 2010 SP1 and 2012 and still nothing . thanks

Like Konstantinos said, you need to follow the instructions given in the FAQ. Download the C++ redistributables and try again.
