Hey guys! So i downloaded this GM, when I run it, all working perfectly, i open .PWN change some text and i complie, no errors or warnings, then when i run the server again it gives me Error 19. It has all plugins and includes.

Is the server running only 2 plugins? not Whirlpool ? try to add Whirlpool plugin and include and then compile the script again.

I installed Whirlpool aswell, Still gives the same error :/ Can someone help on TeamViewer?

Well - since the plugins you have stated in server.cfg to work as successfully loaded, so which plugin is the problem here is unknown by us.
Download native checker by clicking here and add nativechecker.dll into your plugins folder. Then, add nativechecker.dll in server.cfg's plugin line (Make sure it is the last plugin you've mentioned). Start the server and the error would be stated above "Run Time Error 19: File or Function Not found". Post that error here and we'll guide you what to do next.

Ah, it's an easy fix.
Download the latest sscanf plugin by clicking here and put sscanf.dll into your plugins folder. Add sscanf.dll into server.cfg plugins line. Start the server, say thanks.
You're using a really outdated version of sscanf, you can see 2009 which was most likely 0.3d.
