Hello today, i've join my server normal, and and put empty password and in server server.cfg password is '123245' for lock server, bug any beta testar can try locked the server and click "ok", and message say 'Wrong Server Password', strange bug,

isn't a bug. Make sure you put: password[SPACE] PASSWORD

Yes, as the fellow users stated that isn't a bug, make sure you have the correct information and that you have it formatted correctly; if you don't format it correctly it will do what your talking about.- it's a really easy fix.
