I just realized that my SA-MP sound is pretty low, i havent changed anything, it was perfect before but something happened now its low, i have headphones and the volume is at 50%, what can the problem be?

Did you tried without using the headphones to check if headphones are giving problems?

go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound > Click the sound tab or click the Adjust Volume
