when i write /rcon login XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
then /setlevel 0 10
then my server stopped working

Instead setting it while in game just edit it in scriptfiles<user<yourname open it and edit your current admin to any level u want.

fwrite crashes if you don't have that folder in your scriptfiles, are you sure that it is created ? Does the account creates well ? Check it well.
