Hello, I have a problem with reputation. So far I got 5 rep, but when I open some thread it still says that I got only 3. Post your opinion here if you are going to help me

The reputations in gray don't count. They are sent by people who don't have enough requirements to rep someone. Only those in green count.

They do count. When the person who gave grey rep gets enough rep/posts, their rep will turn green.
