Help Bollard Lights not lightning sometime

Im an admin on a server and i give this mapped VIP on the Owner, when i teleport on the vip i see the bollard lights lightning clearly, when i look somewhere and look back.. the other Bollards have no lights.. what supposed to be the problem? is it the codes? i have some ss here..

Problem is simple.. too much lights near each other

Your lights is too much near each other

i suggest you move it or remove it

uhm.. i dont think so... cause they all perfectly lined with the same distants, sometime they all have no lights and in the given picture above.. others have lights, others not..

btw i tried it on a gamemode its perfectly fine.. but when i give it to the Server Owner to upload.. this is what happens

note: i think the Owner put this Map as a FS.. is this the main problem?
