It was working fine before, I just reinstalled my OS today and everything went wrong!
Could someone help me solve this problem?

Note : 1. I tried Reinstalling SA:MP and San Andreas. But, It didn't work.
2. I don't have any mods.

1) Reinstall your GTA SA in a new folder.
or
2) Go to my documents > GTA San Andreas User Files > and delete gta_sa.set, I hope that I've helped you.

Try installing the gta and samp in another directory.

It does happen whenever I click on "connect".
Also, I tried to install it on some other directory. But, Still it doesn't work!

Hmm
Make sure you updated your drivers also run gta_sa.exe and samp.exe as an admin and check the run as windows xp service pack 3 box

This works perfect i always do this or you can try moving the gta san andreas to desktop and try it.

@Yves, I even tried to delete the SA and place it again on another local disk, it's still the same.
But, I have a good news! I teamviewed my friend's PC and copied his gta-sa.exe. IT FUCKING WORKED!

You will be needed to follow this instructions.

1). Re-install GTA+SA-MP.
2). Drag your gta sa map to the desktop.
3). extract your samp.
4). after all that restart your pc.
5). open your pc and try to play if thats not works pm me ill send a version that will works fine.

It happened to me aswell several times I reinstalled and did all the other so-called necessary stuff.

However, I updated my DirectX to a newest version and it worked properly.

Or, there is a possibility you lack one .dll file.

Try move your GTA:SA directory to your desktop and then install SA:MP into it and then run SA:MP as administrator.
