Well basically I am having issues with my health bars on my new laptop. It's my first machine that runs windows 8 - it has intel HD graphics 4000. I've tried downloading multiple different drivers and still can't get it to work. I've reinstalled div x three times already and uninstalled gta completely but still no joy. As you can imagine this is rather frustrating as I travel back to my folks house every fortnight meaning that I have no choice but to use my laptop every two weeks. I appreciate any help you guys can give me.

It's a driver bug on Intel Graphics drivers on Windows 8.1, so you're gonna have to wait till they release something or downgrade back to Windows 8
