Guys, how do i create an audio link from one sound track?

For example i want this song [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFS4zYWxzNA[/ame]

but i'll need to create for that a link or something, so it could play on PlayAudioStreamForPlayer

it does works on thse kinda links http://yp.shoutcast.com/sbin/tunein-....pls?id=914897

because it has /sbin/tunein-station.pls?id=914897

Maybe you know any website where i could convert the wanted song intoa mp3 so it could play in server.
