Hello, i start my server, the console is working fine, no errors or something bad.After 5-6 mins its just OFFLINE, but the server console is working without errors.After 5-6 mins the server is online AGAIN, the console hasnt event stopped and got any errors or strange things.Please help me.

Could be an endless loop i had the same problem contact ur host or reinstall ur server

check your firewall settings.Or Turnoff your Firewall then try

Check your server logs, if nothing visible do the following steps.
1-try the crash detect forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?t=262796
2- Tell me the results first.

Can you share with us your server_log.txt ?
I am hosting the server by my own PC
