Just run pawno in compatibility mode. I hope you know how to change it?

First download the server package and extract the pawno folder.It will mostly fix the problem.
Dont delete your existing pawno folder, you includes and scripts might go.Just extract the folder and replace the executable.

Is pawncc.exe there in your pawno folder?
