well i tried it in many server their command is /radio and i pick one of the radio after that i see the stream link but i dont hear anything please help me

It could be possible that your sound card(s), if you have one, is out of date?

Do you have radio turned off?
Check your gta settings.

edit: not sure if it works like that, but it does with incognito's audio plugin.
