Help me sa:mp devlopers/admins/scripters whenever i open the SAMP-SERVER.EXE file it says sometimes when i have .amx gamemode file it says on samp-server.exe that the amx file cant found

Do you have the correct .amx named in the server.cfg file? Show us your log, or PM me it.

You must to have .amx file in your gamemodes folder.
