SAMP, GTA wont start, crashing

hi, first time i ran samp eveything worked smooth, the day after something weird happend, the game would not appear to start anymore, it only gave me crashes, all the time.

I did some research for hours, hours really..
I've already tried run SAMP as admin, windows 98/me and all that stuff.

And i get this error, anyone can solve this?

Do you have any mods installed? Ultimately try to uninstall SAMP and GTA (make sure their old folders are EMPTY) and re-install GTA - and SAMP via the SA-MP Team Mirror download link http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php.

i already have reinstalled the game and samp in a different folder., and i dont use mods.

You must to set the compability mode of your GTA to Windows 98, It work for me. ( You can test all the compability modes )

Or try to reinstall your GTA in a different folder.

If you have ENB Series, Use the 0.075s version.

It may be caused by mods car if you have or re install GTA.
