You should have posted here.

Anyway, are there any mods installed to your GTA: SA? If yes, try to uninstall the mods and try to connect again.

Does this always happen to you on each server? Try joining other servers.

Is this your server your having trouble with if so check your filterscript, plugins and gamemode something might be corrupted so try remove all filterscript and plugins see if the problem is still there if so change gamemode to grandlarc and try.
