Have you got the database , of the MySQL plugin and include to run and load this filterscript ? i don't think so , you will need to download some program called 'Wamp server' to control your MySQL database , and be online with MySQL to send quires and etc. also download BlueG's mysql R7 plugin.

Use www.ampps.com if you do not have a paid host yet. Ampps allows you to run PhpMyAdmin and other MySQL features by yourself. I don't recommend using this method if you plan to let people in. If so; I suggest finding a host which supports MySQL (such as Volt-Host) and uploading it there.

If you want to know how to run ampps, look for a ******* tutorial on how to intialise phpmyadmin through ampps.

If you have no clue about PhpMyAdmin/mySQL at all, PM me and I'll help you over teamviewer later today.

There are plenty of MySQL plugins out there. If I'm right; SA-MP also has it's own built in MySQL (a_mysql.inc).
