Download nativechecker.dll or .so and put it in your config file at the end of plugins. (EX: plugins streamer nativechecker

Then say what the current errors are.

did you even recompile your gamemode with the new streamer.inc that you downloaded from:

Download the latest Streamer version and replace your current streamer.inc with the new one then recompile your gamemode, upload it, then upload the new streamer.so that you just downloaded.

Indeed, the error log gives your solution. Just make sure you have to latest streamer.so and the latest .inc in your pawno.
