Just letting you know, that on Windows 8.1 version, you don't have to use the D8INPUT.dll or whatever it's called. When I went first time after the Windows update to test my gamemode, the screen just shaked when I moved the mouse.

It happend to me too but its not only on samp it happend in a lot of games

Maybe you put the dll file in the system folder or somewhere else.

Nope i just installed the game and it automatic dll with inside its a bug i think it will be fixed soon when Microsoft will fix bugs
