I have never ran into this issue but. It might be related to a .dll issue. Look when it crash at the 'view problem details'. Then comment or post an image of what it is.

Try to run the server with the default gamemode[grandlarc] and see if it is crashing or not.
As well, remove every plugin when you're going to do the above.

If it works perfectly, start adding the plugins, and at the end, the filterscripts / gamemode.
Then you can see what's causing the crash.

If the server still crash with the default gamemode, it's strange.

You might need net framework, and there is something else required normally shipped with windows.
