That's right. Since ColorHost is being attacked, it's their responsibility to take action against them. All the SA-MP team probably can/will do is ban him from SA-MP forums (if he has an account).

Well, im not sure that samp can do anything for this, but I know a way

1, talk with your host and get that ddoser's ip (if he changes it, try to get last 5)
2, try to locate the ip,

3, get some prove that he hacks, ( if you get profe from more servers, will be good )
4, take this all thinks and try to report that kid on Fbi or police

Um... what do you expect the SA-MP team to do about it? Your post specifically states that this person is "DDoSing all ColorHost servers" so how is that SA-MP's problem? It's ColorHost's problem. Blacklisting this person from SA-MP isn't going to stop him from attacking something completely unrelated...
