I'm buying a VPS , I'm gonna open a server with like 80 Slots , Should i buy 128 MB RAM , 256 MB RAM , 512 MB RAM , 1024 MB RAM , 2048 MB RAM or 4096 MB RAM ?

It's upto your player base also your script. So, it is better to start off with 512 MB RAM.

if you are not using mysql or phpmyadmin, 512mb should be more than enough, else if you are using those, then get atleast 1GB.
