I think u should create a folder in scriptfiles named House!

already did but nothing, in my function need to save and not as :/

the owner and title are stored in the db, but when restarting the server everything is erased

Re-read the Tutorial you probably missed something, by the way copy and pasting won't work, you need to read how it works etc..
