So, then update it? Its very easy.
Get the latest streamer include downloaded from https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=102865 after the file has downloaded, open up the package, replace streamer.inc file in your \pawno\include folder, open the pawno and Re-compile your script, now that you have the latest streamer include.
